About our conveyors & material handling
Material handling is the backbone of every bulk-processing plant. A poorly designed conveyor causes spillage, dust, breakage of the product and frequent breakdowns. Our conveyor division designs each system around the material — its bulk density, particle size, moisture, abrasiveness and required capacity — and around the plant layout, including incline, transfer points and discharge heights.
Conveyors are fabricated from mild steel, galvanised steel or stainless steel SS 304 / 316, with drives from reputed gearbox and motor makers, and supplied fully assembled or in knock-down (CKD) sections for container shipment. Installation drawings, GA drawings and commissioning support are provided for projects abroad.
We also supply the wear parts that keep conveyors running: conveyor belts, idlers and rollers, elevator buckets, redler chains and scrapers, and screw flights.

Motors, gearboxes and electrical items travel in separate moisture-proof crates.
